Brinkster.com Hosting Services

I opened this website Brinkster-Scam.com because I want to warn website owners who are seeking for hosting services, not to work with Brinkster.com.

 

I started working with Brinkster.com in 1999 when I was a young webmaster. I worked with Brinkster for over 10 years and everything was cool.

 

In the last year something bad happened to Brinkster.com my site started falling almost every second month. I paid allot of money to build this e-Commerce website and I pay thousands of dollars a month to an SEO company to promote it.

 

Last week was the worst week to the site and I had to pay again to transfer the website to a different server. But it was an impossible mission because I had to run after Brinkster for 3 days. During this time my website was offline and my account was suspended by Brinkster’s “talented” admin without even warning me or telling me “to pack my stuff” before they close my account.

 

I begged the support people to let me export my database (over 3000 products), but no help. They said only the admin can do it for me. I was waiting 3 days during these days I tried again and again to get my database. I told them I don’t care if you export it for me but I need my database. I lost money, plus all the SEO work done on the website can go to trash. Only after 3 days I got my SQL file with my database. I asked Brinkster to pay for my transfer costs. They wouldn’t even respond to my email or apologize.

 

In addition, every time I would wait to chat with a support guy it said something like: “there are 56 people before you who are waiting to talk to support”. I guess I wasn’t the only one who had problems. And even worst, sometimes while chatting with the support guy the chat will stop and here I have to wait another hour for the support guy, which anyway didn’t help much.

 

I told them that they maybe think they lost only 1 client but they surely gained one VERY ANGRY Client who will never use their services even for free.

If you care for your website you do not want to host it with Brinkster.com. Trust me.
